We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Comfort is key! Wear clothes that are comfortable that you can move in. Wear comfortable walking shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. If you’re weary about wearing sweatpants, don’t be! You’ll be in great company. Bring layers
What to wear
Comfort is still key! If you have a favorite lawn chair, sitting blanket, etc. Bring it. Favorite water bottle, bring it. Shawl for warmth, bring it.
What to bring with
Make sure you get the retreat day, time, location on your calendar - as well as our contact information. Avoid scheduling anything around the retreat. After the retreat ends, you’re going to want the end of the day clear so you can integrate the breath and space you’ve made during the day - so free your schedule for the day.
Scheduling the Retreat
Absolutely, you won’t be hungry. We’ll have food throughout the day - snacks, water, tea, coffee available. If you have any food allergies, please contact us ahead of time so we can give you details as to what will be served and accommodate as able.
